Bicycles (New & Used)

All bicycle sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on new or used bicycles once they leave the shop or are shipped.

Each bike is inspected and test-ridden prior to sale to ensure proper function and accurate description.
Clothing & Apparel

All clothing and apparel sales are final.

We strongly encourage customers to confirm sizing in-store or contact us prior to ordering online.
Parts, Accessories & Gear

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

Items must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Special-order and clearance items are non-refundable.

Defective items may be exchanged. If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a comparable exchange or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
